Standing on the shores of the lake on the American side of the river, Fort Gratiot Lighthouse is a 200-year-old lighthouse with gorgeous grounds and a sandy beach where you can get great pictures and enjoy long walks.  

On the Canadian side, there are many beautiful areas to explore along Lake Huron and the St. Clair River, including the Sarnia Yacht Club, the Waterfront Park, and Sarnia Bay, featuring restaurants and cafes with lovely views.
